John was admitted to the bar in 1979 following his graduation from William Mitchell College of Law. He joined the firm at that time and became a partner in August 1985.

He is also a litigator with extensive trial experience in the area of personal injury, products liability, property damage, construction litigation and toxic torts. He is licensed in our State Courts, United States District Court, and United States Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also licensed to practice in Wisconsin, as western Wisconsin is less than one hour from the Twin Cities.
